Corrective Work Order Form

Please use this form if you currently have a project under construction, if your project is completed, paid in full, and you have a leak, please use the warranty claim form.

Upon submission of this form, please contact our Main Office at 1-844-4CODERED and submit a 90% payment on the completion invoice to our Accounting Department. You have the right to hold back 10% of the funds until the punchwork is completed to your satisfaction. This allows your roofing project to continue moving forward in a timely manner. Failure to make this partial payment can jeopardize your roof’s warranty. Upon completion of the form, you will be contacted by our Claims Department within 48 hours. Thank you!
